A Fun and Relaxing Game Called Bingo

On some lazy Sunday afternoons, what can we do to make the most of it? On great idea is to play Bingo, a game that is global, meaning in every part of the globe, this game is played. But what is Bingo?

Bingo is a game of luck and concentration where players try to match a set of randomly selected numbers to the numbers on their 5 x 5 grid Bingo cards. A player must match a specific pattern, determined before the game. If a player matches the numbers in the correct pattern and declares Bingo (by pressing the Bingo button), that player wins the current game.

Playing the games requires that one must have a good sense of hearing and requires some concentration. One must be alert for up to 75 random numbers are called, each player can play up to eight Bingo cards. Successful players will usually be playing the maximum number of cards while closely following which numbers are called, marking them on their cards, and making sure they don't fall behind on the number list.

Playing Bingo is actually quite simple. You can receive a set of up to eight Bingo cards. Each Bingo card is a 5 x 5 grid with the letters "B," "I," "N," "G," and "O" at the top of each column. Under each letter are five numbers, except the center space. This is always considered "marked".

A number is "called" every 5 seconds. Once a number is called, a player should be quick to scan all of the Bingo cards. If the number that was called is on the player's Bingo card, "mark" should be put, it may be a check, a circle or in some cases a pebble is put on the called number.

How to win a bingo game? A set of pattern is presented whether it is a vertical, horizontal, diagonal or some static patterns. If you have match 5 lines in a row then you are a winner. In some cases they do have what we call "block" Bingo wherein a player wins the game if all the 75 numbers are mark.

If you have matched the current game pattern, click the "BINGO!" button located below your Bingo cards. This will register your Bingo claim and confirm that your Bingo card has the correct numbers that match the current game pattern. If you do have a valid Bingo, the other players are notified, you win the game, and a new game is called.

A 30-second timer is offered to check ones Bingo cards If no one calls Bingo after the last number is called, each. If more than one player claims Bingo the player who claims Bingo first will win the current game. If there is no winner then a new game will start.
